All top measurements are of the garment laid flat — not body measurements — except the All Year Female (New Fit) chart, which is marked as body measurements. The easiest way to check your size is to measure a t-shirt you already own and love the fit of.

Please note: as with all garment production, measurements can vary slightly piece to piece — typically within ±1.5cm of the figures below.

Our new female fit — a different cut from the Women's Fit above: shorter and shaped for the female form. Use this chart if your tee is listed as Female (new fit).

Heads up: unlike the other charts, these are body measurements, not garment measurements. Measure around the fullest part of your bust, or go by your usual UK dress size.

A lightweight padded gilet for the bits either side of the run: warm-ups, cool-downs, the coffee stop, and standing on a start line in January. Showerproof outer, synthetic down-style padding, and it packs into its own storage bag so it lives in your race bag without taking it over.

Unisex regular fit, with the Twisted logo embroidered on the left chest in your choice of thread colour. We only offer the logo colours that stand out properly on each gilet colour.
