We collaborate on digital mock-ups and refine the details until your committee gives the thumbs-up.
Pre-production sample

We produce a physical sample to confirm colours, print/embroidery placement, and fit before anything goes live.
Launch your club shop

Once approved, we list products on our site as special order items with clear sizing and guidance.

Tank Top

A new addition to the club kit, a tank is a great alternative to a vest or t-shirt. Technically it is a sleeveless t-shirt with trimmed edging.

Vests

Available in a standard back or a racer back, along with a all year polyester or ultra light race material, there is a fit for everyone.

Whether its post race or casual wear, these 1/4 zip tops are a fantastic edition to our club kit offering, especially as the colder days arrive.

The perfect garment for those runs wher eyou need an extra layer but not quite a windbreaker. Plus it's packable iback into its chest pocket!

Do you have minimum order quantities?

No minimums. Your club shop runs on a special-order basis so members can buy one item at a time without the club holding stock or cash.

What’s the typical lead time?

Once designs are approved, special orders are usually fulfilled in ~3–4 weeks. We’ll confirm timings during setup; peak seasons may vary.

Can we see a sample before launch?

Yes. We produce a pre-production sample to check colours, logos and placements. This keeps the live shop accurate and avoids surprises.

What artwork files do you need?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or high-res PDF) are best. If you only have PNG/JPEG, send the highest resolution available and we’ll advise on suitability.

Can you match our colours exactly?

Yes — we work from Pantone references or supplied colour specs. The pre-production sample is used to confirm colour accuracy before launch.

How do members order and pay?

Members order directly on our website via your club collection page and pay at checkout. The club doesn’t handle payments or invoices for individual orders.

Do you offer names, numbers or personalisation?

Yes — we can add options like names or numbers on selected products. We’ll include these as custom fields on the product page where applicable.

What sizes and fits are available?

We offer Female and Unisex fits across most products, with a wide size range including youth where available. Size guides appear on each product page.

How are shipping and collections handled?

Orders ship directly to each member, using the delivery options shown at checkout. If you’d like a club bulk drop option for events, we can set that up on request.

What’s your returns policy on special orders?

Special-order (made-to-order) items are produced specifically for your club, so we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. If there’s a manufacturing issue, we’ll put it right.

Can we add or change products later?

Absolutely. We can iterate designs, add seasonal items, or introduce new pieces any time. We’ll just confirm artwork and lead times.

Do you provide bulk pricing for team orders?

Yes — if you’re ordering in bulk for an event or team pack, we can quote bespoke pricing and delivery. Otherwise, the always-on shop handles one-off orders.

What about sponsor logos or multiple crests?

We can place sponsor marks and alternative crests as required. Send placement notes and any guidelines; we’ll reflect them in the mock-ups and sample.
