All products sold by Twisted Running are for personal use only and not intended for commercial resale. 2. Pricing and Payment All prices for Twisted Running products are in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Payment for products must be made at the time of purchase through our secure payment system. Twisted Running accepts major credit cards and PayPal as payment methods.

3. Shipping and Delivery Twisted Running offers domestic and international shipping. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of the product. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the product. Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs inspections and other factors outside of our control.

4. Returns and Refunds If you are not completely satisfied with your Twisted Running purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please note that Twisted Running reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.

5. Custom Printing and Design Services Twisted Running offers custom printing and design services for our products. All custom design orders must be approved by the customer before production begins. Once production has begun, no changes can be made to the design. Twisted Running is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the design provided by the customer.

Intellectual Property All content on the Twisted Running website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Twisted Running or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
